Avatar : Movie Review

I write this review with a splitting headache; still recovering from the almost-3hr long 3d extravaganza of 2009, *Avatar*.
Yes the 3d graphics is revolutionary; the movie is gripping and one is engaged from the start to the end without a break. Heck even the cinema-house decided not give an interval so that we could totally enjoy the so called 3d experience.

Well, besides the mesmerising graphics there is isn’t much to talk about. The story is so clichéd that i (any one who has watched enough movies ) could figure it out from trailers itself. There is very little or no character development. The main lead just throws around some heavy sentences but that doesn’t compensate the lack for character development.
One feels the needs for stronger dialogues as well.

If you see the movie in 2d, it will be just another movie. Enough said!
Is this any good ?
Yeah, its better than Transformers ( both parts), Terminator-4, Love Story 2050 and all the string of Akshay Kumar movies this year (including Blue !). Thats it !

I hope this does not become a trend where the focus is more on technology and less on story-telling!!
